Maintenance
Stonemark Group is a full turn-key Management and Consulting firm. Our staff is comprised of Inspectors, Engineers, Consulting Contractors, and Architects.
We handle the entire project from start-to-finish, relieving the Board of Directors and Management Company from endless telephone calls, harassment by the owners, and affording the Management Company the ability to focus on the day-to-day activities.
Recently we have expanded our operations into the property management and maintenance fields. Utilizing our past experience in construction management and project management, Stonemark Group is committed to bringing our continuous level of expertise and dedication to your community.
Our Maintenance staff is cross trained in all areas of repair and maintenance including:

- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry (minor)
- Maintenance repairs
- Area protection
- Water evacuation
- Temporary board-up's
- Clean up
- Emergency repairs
- Mold remediation
- Flooring
- Concrete and tile repair
Training
Stonemark Group offers maintenance consulting and training briefings for on-site personnel. Subject matter can be tailored to the client's needs but common topics include:
- Safety Briefings
- Repair Techniques
- Mold Abatement
- Environmental Concerns
Employees
All dedicated employee's are fluent in English and are required to:
- Be in uniform at all times, with ID badge attached
- Present and maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Announce on-site presence with a display sign that reads "Stonemark Group On-site"
Insurance
Stonemark Group. is fully insured and covered. We also utilize a bonded, independent payroll company. This insures that the client is protected from any worker's compensation claims and payroll issues.
Contracts
Stonemark Group offers several different contract options that are flexible and customized to each client's needs.
A Fixed-Price contract is for $65 per hour and materials are billed at cost plus 10 percent.
A Month-to-Month contract will include: No set-up fees No excuse termination No long-term commitments Complete customer satisfaction.
A Service Contract includes: A complete bi-weekly property inspection, this is performed at no charge. After six months of service Stonemark Group will provide a complimentary property inspection report. The property inspection report is valued at a minimum of $2,500 and will include checklists prioritizing the required repairs and photographs of extensive repair work. A discounted construction management fee can be applied with maintenance service contracts. A service contract must include 20 hours minimum per week. This is to insure that all work is completed at the highest level and that the customer receives quality work.
All work is inspected by the owner of the company to assure the highest quality of repairs
Stonemark Group is perhaps one of few firms qualified to professionally inspect the work to assure compliance with the Uniform Building Codes and local codes and to verify contract conformance. We are also, the only firm to routinely re-inspect our projects.

Our contract will elaborate on the scope of work. This proposal is of a general nature to assist the Board in their evaluation of our services.
Should the Board wish us to proceed, we are available to commence performance within two weeks, following the execution of the consulting contract.
